What You Get
A phone conversation with a broker who sells companies in the Pikes Peak region. Expect a price range based on your sales, profit and industry, the reasons behind it, and the two or three things that would move it most.
If you send recent financial statements later, the range gets sharper. You are never asked to sign a listing agreement to get it.
Who This Fits
The service works best for established companies with about $1 million or more in yearly sales and an owner who is thinking about selling in the next few years. Smaller companies are welcome to ask, and the broker will say plainly if a sale makes sense.
What Stays Private
Your answers go to one brokerage partner, not to a list of buyers. Nobody contacts your staff, customers or landlord. Read privacy and your details for the full picture.
Before the Call
It helps to have last year's tax return and a rough idea of your own pay and benefits. Our guide on how buyers price an established business explains how those numbers are used.
